3.1 Rattantan ships furniture from Indonesia to the USA via LCL containers. Shipping typically takes 8-9 weeks.
3.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect information.
3.3 Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for compensation in such cases.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final.
4.2 Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items upon delivery. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
4.3 If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
4.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
5. Warranty and Product Care
5.1 Rattantan provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered.
