1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Assembled or modified items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Return Request – Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approval & Return Label – If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Prepare the Return – Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • If returned items show signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be applied.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
