Production Time
Our rattan furniture is expertly crafted in Indonesia, renowned for its superior rattan materials. Production takes approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on order volume and demand. This careful process ensures that each piece is perfected before shipping.
Shipping Details
For U.S. Mainland (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) and Asia Region:
- Standard Shipping (FREE)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 weeks (excluding production time).
- Details: Ideal for customers who prefer an economical option without compromising on quality.
- Priority Shipping (Additional Fee Applies)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 weeks (excluding production time).
- Cost: Calculated as a percentage of the product price.
- Details: Fast delivery with production and shipping prioritized.
Note for Hawaii & Alaska Customers: Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional shipping fees due to extended logistics beyond our standard delivery zones. Costs will be calculated at checkout.
For European Countries & Rest of the World:
- Standard Shipping Only
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6-8 weeks on average.
- Note for European Customers: Deliveries may take 8-12 weeks due to longer ocean freight and customs clearance.
- Details: Priority Shipping is not available. Expedited options may be arranged upon request (additional fees apply).

- Missed Deliveries:

- Commercial Addresses: Carriers may reattempt delivery or hold the item for pickup.
- Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping.
- Incorrect Delivery Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete.
- Address Modifications
- Before Shipment: Contact us at [email protected] immediately for corrections.
- After Shipment: If an incorrect address results in a returned package, customers must cover reshipping costs.
- Delivery Restrictions
- We ship worldwide, with some conditions:
- Non-Deliverable Locations: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may incur additional fees. We’ll notify you in advance.

- Customs & Import Duties: These vary by country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Customs Processing: Delays may occur and are beyond our control. Please consult your local customs office.
